A “Public gym,” common in the city of Shanghai and other Chinese cities as well. Basically, people working out on a series of jungle gyms. Notice the guy on the left– he is wearing his PJs (typical of Shanghainese), is smoking a cigarette, and just before I snapped the photo he was fanning himself too.

Dude is still wearing his uniform… you can tell because of the lettering on his back. 3 shades of blue ending in a broken-in pair of Club Navy
